Donations & Payments

The New Horizons of North Texas website provides the convenience of online donations, program sponsorship, and event ticket purchases. NHNTX has engaged the services of Anovia, a payment services provider, to process all donation/payment transactions.

Refund Policy

You hereby acknowledge and agree that, for all donations/payment transactions, (1) you will not use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card or other payment method; (2) all donations/payment transactions are final and non-refundable. Cancellation

A donation may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the donor is responsible for payment.

Any complaints about donations, sponsorships, or processing may be sent to our staff: [email protected] or 972-861-2963. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

School Non-Affiliation Statement

New Horizons of North Texas is a faith-based nonprofit and rents space to meet at Dallas ISD schools and is not affiliated with Dallas ISD in any way. The use of a school name within New Horizons does not imply, nor is intended to imply, any affiliation between New Horizons and the school or school district (public or private). New Horizons afterschool programs often meet according to the school or schools where kids attend, and the use of a school name is solely intended to help the community easily communities served.
